About UmmahNoor

UmmahNoor ("Light of the Ummah") is a free platform for the Quran and everyday Islamic tools, built for every Muslim in every country and from every school of thought.

What we believe

• Free for everyone. No paywalls and no sign-up. Light, respectful advertising and voluntary support cover our costs.
• Respect for every tradition. We include Sunni and Shia calculation methods, Hanafi and standard Asr, multiple recitation styles, and translations by scholars from many backgrounds, and we present differences respectfully.
• Accuracy. The Quran text comes from Tanzil.net, a carefully verified source, and translations come from QuranEnc.com and recognised public-domain editions.
• Privacy. Your worship is between you and Allah. Settings, bookmarks and logs stay on your device.

Never inside the Quran

We will never place advertising inside the text of the Quran or between its verses.
