Surah Al-A'raf Ayah 74 (7:74)

And remember when He made you successors after ‘Âd (people) and gave you habitations in the land, you build for yourselves palaces in plains, and carve out homes in the mountains. So remember the graces (bestowed upon you) from Allâh, and do not go about making mischief on the earth."

And remember how He made you viceroys after A'ad and gave you station in the earth. Ye choose castles in the plains and hew the mountains into dwellings. So remember (all) the bounties of Allah and do not evil, making mischief in the earth

And remember how He made you inheritors after the 'Ad people and gave you habitations in the land: ye build for yourselves palaces and castles in (open) plains, and carve out homes in the mountains; so bring to remembrance the benefits (ye have received) from Allah, and refrain from evil and mischief on the earth

اور تم یہ حالت یاد کرو کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے تم کو عاد کے بعد جانشین بنایا اور تم کو زمین پر رہنے کا ٹھکانا دیا کہ نرم زمین پر محل بناتے ہو اور پہاڑوں کو تراش تراش کر ان میں گھر بناتے ہو، سو اللہ تعالیٰ کی نعمتوں کو یاد کرو اور زمین میں فساد مت پھیلاؤ۔

Dan ingatlah ketika Dia menjadikan kamu khalifah-khalifah setelah kaum 'Ad dan menempatkan kamu di bumi. Di tempat yang datar kamu dirikan istana-istana dan di bukit-bukit kamu pahat menjadi rumah-rumah. Maka ingatlah nikmat-nikmat Allah dan janganlah kamu membuat kerusakan di bumi.

আর স্মরণ কর, ‘আদ জাতির (ধ্বংসের) পরে তিনি তোমাদেরকে (তোমাদের আগের লোকদের) স্থলাভিষিক্ত করেছেন। আর তিনি তোমাদেরকে যমীনে এমনভাবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেছেন যে, তোমরা সমতল ভূমিতে প্রাসাদ নির্মাণ ও পাহাড় কেটে ঘরবাড়ি তৈরী করছ। কাজেই তোমরা আল্লাহ্‌র অনুগ্রহ স্মরণ কর এবং যমীনে বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি করে বেড়িও না।’
