وَٱلَّذِينَ فِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ٢٤
Wal-ladheena fee amwaalihim haqqum ma`loom
And those within whose wealth is a known right
- i.e., a specified share, meaning the obligatory zakāh.
