أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ ١٤
Alaa ya`lamu man khalaq, wahuwal-lateeful-khabeer
Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Aware?
