Surah An-Naba Ayah 40 (78:40)

Verily, We have warned you of a near torment - the Day when man will see that (the deeds) which his hands have sent forth, and the disbeliever will say: "Woe to me! Would that I were dust!"

Lo! We warn you of a doom at hand, a day whereon a man will look on that which his own hands have sent before, and the disbeliever will cry: "Would that I were dust

Verily, We have warned you of a Penalty near, the Day when man will see (the deeds) which his hands have sent forth, and the Unbeliever will say, "Woe unto me! Would that I were (metre) dust

ہم نے تمہیں عنقریب آنے والے عذاب سے ڈرا دیا (اور چوکنا کر دیا) ہے ۔ جس دن انسان اپنے ہاتھوں کی کمائی کو دیکھ لے گا اور کافر کہے گا کہ کاش! میں مٹی ہو جاتا.

Sesungguhnya Kami telah memperingatkan kepadamu (orang kafir) azab yang dekat, pada hari manusia melihat apa yang telah diperbuat oleh kedua tangannya; dan orang kafir berkata, "Alangkah baiknya seandainya dahulu aku jadi tanah."

নিশ্চয় আমরা তোমাদেরকে আসন্ন শাস্তি সম্পর্কে সতর্ক করলাম; যেদিন মানুষ তার কৃতকর্ম দেখতে পাবে এবং কাফির বলবে, ‘হায়! আমি যদি মাটি হতাম !’
