رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ ١٧
Rabbul-mashriqayni warabbul-maghribayn
[He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets.
- i.e., the points of sunrise in the east and sunset in the west in both summer and winter.
