يَٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا۟ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنفُذُوا۟ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَٰنٍ ٣٣
Yaama`sharal-jinni wal-insi inistata`tum an tanfudhoo min aqtaaris-samaawaati wal-ardi fanfudhoo, laa tanfudhoona illaa bisultaan
O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allāh].

O assembly of jinn and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass beyond (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allâh)!
O company of jinn and men, if ye have power to penetrate (all) regions of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate (them)! Ye will never penetrate them save with (Our) sanction
O ye assembly of Jinns and men! If it be ye can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, pass ye! not without authority shall ye be able to pass
اے گروه جنات و انسان! اگر تم میں آسمانوں اور زمین کے کناروں سے باہر نکل جانے کی طاقت ہے تو نکل بھاگو ! بغیر غلبہ اور طاقت کے تم نہیں نکل سکتے.
Wahai golongan jin dan manusia! Jika kamu sanggup menembus (melintasi) penjuru langit dan bumi, maka tembuslah. Kamu tidak akan mampu menembusnya kecuali dengan kekuatan (dari Allah).
হে জিন ও মানব সম্প্রদায়! আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনের সীমা তোমরা যদি অতিক্রম করতে পার অতিক্রম কর, কিন্তু তোমরা অতিক্রম করতে পারবে না সনদ ছাড়া।
