أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ ۝٣٢

Am ta'muruhum ahlaamuhum bihaadhaa am hum qawmun taaghoon

Or do their minds command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people?

In this expression is also a subtle allusion to the leaders of the Quraysh, who considered themselves to be great minds.
