إِنَّا قَدْ أُوحِىَ إِلَيْنَآ أَنَّ ٱلْعَذَابَ عَلَىٰ مَن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ ٤٨
Innaa qad oohiya ilaynaa annal-`adhaaba `alaa man kadhdhaba watawallaa
Indeed, it has been revealed to us that the punishment will be upon whoever denies and turns away.'"

"Truly, it has been revealed to us that the torment will be for him who denies [believes not in the Oneness of Allâh, and in His Messengers.], and turns away (from the truth and obedience of Allâh)."
Lo! it hath been revealed unto us that the doom will be for him who denieth and turneth away
Verily it has been revealed to us that the Penalty (awaits) those who reject and turn away
ہماری طرف وحی کی گئی ہے کہ جو جھٹلائے اور روگردانی کرے اس کے لئے عذاب ہے.
Sungguh telah diwahyukan kepada kami bahwa siksa itu (ditimpakan) pada siapa pun yang mendustakan (ajaran agama yang kami bawa) dan berpaling (tidak memperdulikannya)."
‘নিশ্চয় আমাদের প্রতি ওহী পাঠানো হয়েছে যে, শাস্তি তো তার জন্য যে মিথ্যা আরোপ করে ও মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়।
