Surah Ali 'Imran Ayah 153 (3:153)

(And remember) when you ran away (dreadfully) without even casting a side glance at anyone, and the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) was in your rear calling you back. There did Allâh give you one distress after another by way of requital to teach you not to grieve for that which had escaped you, nor for that which had befallen you. And Allâh is Well-Aware of all that you do.

When ye climbed (the hill) and paid no heed to anyone, while the messenger, in your rear, was calling you (to fight). Therefor He rewarded you grief for (his) grief, that (He might teach) you not to sorrow either for that which ye missed or for that which befell you. Allah is Informed of what ye do

Behold! ye were climbing up the high ground, without even casting a side glance at any one, and the Messenger in your rear was calling you back. There did Allah give you one distress after another by way of requital, to teach you not to grieve for (the booty) that had escaped you and for (the ill) that had befallen you. For Allah is well aware of all that ye do

جب کہ تم چڑھے چلے جا رہے تھے اور کسی طرف توجہ تک نہیں کرتے تھے اور اللہ کے رسول تمہیں تمہارے پیچھے سے آوازیں دے رہے تھے، بس تمہیں غم پر غم پہنچا تاکہ تم فوت شده چیز پر غمگین نہ ہو اور نہ پہنچنے والی (تکلیف) پر اداس ہو، اللہ تعالیٰ تمہارے تمام اعمال سے خبردار ہے.

(Ingatlah) ketika kamu lari dan tidak menoleh kepada siapa pun, sedang Rasul (Muhammad) yang berada di antara (kawan-kawan)mu yang lain memanggil kamu (kelompok yang lari), karena itu Allah menimpakan kepadamu kesedihan demi kesedihan, agar kamu tidak bersedih hati (lagi) terhadap apa yang luput dari kamu dan terhadap apa yang menimpamu. Dan Allah Mahateliti atas apa yang kamu kerjakan.

স্মরণ কর, তোমরা যখন উপরের (পাহাড়ের) দিকে ছুটছিলে এবং পিছন ফিরে কারো প্রতি লক্ষ্য করছিলে না, আর রাসূল তোমাদেরকে পিছন দিক থেকে ডাকছিলেন। ফলে তিনি তোমাদেরকে বিপদের উপর বিপদ দিলেন, যাতে তোমরা যা হারিয়েছ এবং যে বিপদ তোমাদের উপর এসেছে তার জন্য তোমরা দুঃখিত না হও। আর তোমরা যা কর আল্লাহ তা বিশেষভাবে অবহিত।
